This Privacy Policy covers SurchSquad's treatment of personal information that SurchSquad gathers when you are on the Site and when you use SurchSquad's Services. This policy also covers SurchSquad's treatment of any personal information that SurchSquad's business partners share with SurchSquad.

We receive and store any information you enter on the Site or provide to us in any other way. You may submit your personal information in a number of ways, depending on the SurchSquad Services you are using and your choices while using the Services. In order for you to use certain features of our Site and Services, you are not required to provide personal information; however, you must do so to take advantage of certain features of the Site and Services. For example, if you choose to run an advertising campaign through SurchSquad, you must provide your name, e-mail address, physical address, and telephone number, and you may be required to provide credit card information or other information necessary for us to complete transactions or provide services to you. You may submit credit card information over the phone when you sign up for SurchSquad Services. We process payments through Paypal, Inc. Paypal does not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any purpose other than billing for our Services.

We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. When you use our Site, SurchSquad automatically receives and records certain "traffic data" on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, SurchSquad cookie information, and the page you requested. SurchSquad uses this traffic data to help diagnose problems with its server, analyze trends and administer the Site.

Generally, our service automatically collects usage information, such as the numbers and frequency of visitors to our Site and its components, similar to TV ratings that indicate how many people watched a particular show. This data is only used in the aggregate. This type of collective data enables us to figure out how often customers use parts of the Site and the Services, so we can make the Site and Services appealing to as many users as possible. In addition, we may provide statistical information, not information about you personally, to our partners about how our users, collectively, use our Site and Services. We may receive a confirmation when you open an e-mail from SurchSquad if your computer supports this type of program, in order to help us make e-mails more interesting and helpful. For purposes such as improving personalization of our Services, we may receive information about you from other sources and add it to our account information. Like the information you provide to us, we do not share this information with anyone except authorized third parties in connection with providing you with our Services.

Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser and tell us how and when pages in our Site are visited and by how many people. SurchSquad cookies do not collect personal information, and we do not combine information collected through cookies with other personal information to tell us who you are.

In certain situations, SurchSquad may provide Services, or sell products jointly with affiliated businesses, including on the Site. We employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf and need to share your information with them to provide products or Services to you. Your SurchSquad account information is protected by a password for your privacy and security. You need to work to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer by signing off once you have finished using a shared computer.

We use industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software to protect the security of your personal information during transmission, which encrypts sensitive information you input to SurchSquad, such as credit card numbers.

Only employees who need personal information to perform a specific job (for example, a customer service representative) are granted access to it. All of our employees are kept up to date on our privacy and security practices.

SurchSquad allows you to access the following information about you for the singular purpose of viewing, and in certain situations, updating that information.

You are able to add or update certain information. When you update information, however, we often maintain a copy of the unrevised information in our records.

You may request updating or deletion of your SurchSquad account by sending an e-mail to cs@surchsquad.com. Please note that some information may remain in our records after deletion of your account.

If you do not wish to receive e-mail or other mail from us, please e-mail us at emailingunsubscribe@surchsquad.com. Please note that if you do not want to receive legal notices from us, such as this Privacy Policy, those legal notices will still govern your use of the Site and the Services, and you are responsible for reviewing such legal notices for changes.

If you decide to visit the Site or use our Services, your visit and any possible dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Policy, our Terms and Conditions, and if applicable our Customer Agreement, including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and application of New York state law.

The Site may permit you to link to other websites on the Internet, and other websites may contain links to the Site. These other websites are not under SurchSquad's control. The privacy and security practices of websites linked to or from the Site are not covered by this Privacy Policy, and SurchSquad is not responsible for the privacy or security practices or the content of such websites.

SurchSquad may amend this Privacy Policy. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used. If we make changes to our privacy policy, we will notify you by posting an announcement on our Site so you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances if any, it is disclosed.
